The issue with multiple MP3 audiobooks is a dealbreaker for an app like this.

Also, I had assumed the app would have a way to allow you to jump back into the iPod app and continue listening to your media at the bookmarked spot.

As far as needing a multiple MP3 audiobook to test, just import and audiobook on CD into iTunes and then consolidate the files using the Get Info panel. I am sure there are free audiobooks in this format online, if not buy a cheap one used from Amazon or borrow one from your local library.

Hi Niklas,

Yes, this is a known issue and I'm looking into it. But first I have to find a book that is made of hundreds of small mp3 files...

Hi!
I bought sayagain and it's nice and all BUT the most important thing doesnt work.
An audio book contains several mp3files and so if I have listen to 24 of 150 I bookmark at the 24th file. When I start the next listen I start up SayAgain and continues at file 24. If I look in the ipodapp all the files is in the list but the playlist is just the 24th file. So after I have listen to the 24th file I have to go back and start the audiobook again.

This really really should be fixed as soon as possible. This almost makes the app useless.

Sean, thanks a lot for Your input. Right now we are working on the version 2.0 and some of these aspects are already planned and under development. We really-really value Your input in usability and we look into that usability challenge.

Just purchased your app. Very nice app and quite useful.

I have a couple of suggestions I hope you'll consider:

1. If possible, it would be nice to have the action-item bar at the bottom when you enter the app EVEN IF THE TRACK HAS BEEN PAUSED IN iTunes. I often pause, then go into SayAgain, so this would be helpful.

2. If I go into SayAgain (with file still playing on iPhone iPod app) and then pause the track, and then hit the star button to mark as a bookmark, SayAgain starts playing the file. I think it would be better to NOT have SayAgain start playing the track when you hit the star button.

3. It would be nice if the SayAgain app had native backgrounding because it will load quicker. I have a jailbroken iPhone and do background the SayAgain app, but built-in backgrounding would be great.

4. Finally, when I use backgrounding, here's a little scenario and problem:

a. I was listening to Track A. I minimize music player and start SayAgain.
b. I press on "Now Playing" and then create a bookmark for Track A.
c. I background SayAgain (using Backgrounder for jailbroken apps) and go back to music player.
d. Track A finishes and I start listening to Track B.
e. I want to bookmark something in Track B, so I open up SayAgain, which was backgrounded (i.e., never really shut down).
f. I'M STILL IN THE ANNOTATIONS LIST FOR TRACK A (NOT TRACK B, which is now playing).
e. If I click on the star button to bookmark my position in Track B, it starts playing Track A from the beginning instead of bookmarking Track B!!!

Obviously, with backgrounder, I'm using SayAgain in a way that it was not completely designed for, but even if you don't add native backgrounding, it would be nice if the above scenario worked as I think it should (i.e., it SHOULD bookmark Track B in step e instead of starting to play Track A).

Any feedback or enhancements greatly appreciated.
